Situated in a 19th-century neo-Baroque palace, the Palffy offers an innovative mix of Czech and international specialities, with especially well-judged fish and game dishes. We appreciate very much the Fillet of Tropical Sole Baked with Roux Blond, Tomatoes and Saffron Served with Coriander(23€) , the Confited Quail Roll Stuffed with Mushroom-truffle Filling Served with Cumquat Sauce (20€) and the Veal Sweetbread with Green Asparagus and Shallot with Rosemary Sauce "Demi Glas"and Herbs Gnocci (26€).
