La Perle de Prague is a restaurant located in exquisite spaces on the 7th floor of The Dancing House. From the air-conditioned restaurant a fantastic view can be had of Prague´s skyline including St. Vitus´s Cathedral and the presidential palace. During the summer months guests can take their lunch, dinner or just have a drink with friends on the terrace.
Sophisticated French dishes, such as Cognac infused duck liver terrine in a jelly of Porto wine and Sauternes, use only the best local produce, while the rack of lamb and fillet of red mullet are both exceptional. Ensure you also save room for one of their excellent desserts such as the trio of Créme Brulée. A real treat! The restaurant also offers a fine list of French wines to accompany your meal.

A la carte we like: Poached Turbot Fillet, with Oyster and Seaweed Cream on fresh Spinach, fine Vegetables (730Kc), Sea Bream on Fennel Seed Bed, Star Anise, served with Aniseed sauce (490Kc), the Poached John Dory Fillet "St. Peter" with Champagne, gratinated Vegetables, Figs mustard butter sauce (750KC), Grilled Red Snapper "Red Fish", fine Vegetables" Ratatouille", Eggplant and Tomatoes Cake with Olive Oil and fine Peppers, Xéres Vinegar Droplets (470KC), and the Red Mullet Fillet, Celery, Mashed Potatoes with Herbs Olive Oil (590Kc)
